Core exercises train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen everything to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and stability, whether on the playing field or in daily activities. In fact, most sports and other physical activities depend on stable core muscles. Your core provides strength and stability for the rest of your body, which is why it is important to develop these muscle groups. Aside from occasional sit-ups and pushups, however, core exercises are often neglected. Still, it pays to get your core muscles - the muscles around your trunk and pelvis in better shape.
After personal problems of her own Lyora developed a Posture Training class that helps herself and her clients to continue their life with better shape and less pain. Unfortunately, few of the people exhibit good posture, let alone perfect posture. In fact, poor posture often develops so gradually that you may notice its symptoms (back and neck pain, tightness and stiffness, increased injury and losses in your normal range of motion) long before you notice your shoulders hunching over. Luckily, you can correct your posture by incorporating some simple exercises and stretches into your workout program.
