Foam-roll stretch & release workshop

The most overlooked component of injury prevention and fast progress is soft-tissue quality. Prep your muscles for a workout, treat day-to-day stiffness and loosen things up. Foam Roll Release classes are a great way to learn how to perform self-myofascial release of trigger points in the muscles. Trigger points are sore spots that form within muscles or tendons. Foam rolling is a way of massaging away muscle soreness in trigger points and preparing your muscles for deeper stretching.  Myofascial release foam roll classes are based on the fact that loosening up the connective tissues increases muscle flexibility, in addition to reducing pain. The cylinder-shaped foam rollers are made of varying densities, which can be used to vary the pressure applied. In foam rolling classes, you will learn a variety of different ways to use the foam roller,  foam roll classes are also great for the hamstrings, neck, lats, quadriceps, trapezius, and other areas of the body. In addition to being used for myofascial release , foam rollers can also be used for stability exercises. This involves using the roller as a platform for exercises that require core strength, such as squats. When practiced on a regular basis,  can also help reduce the risk of muscular injuries, help improve posture, and the overall well-being of muscles and joints. The classes are also beneficial before and after weight training, cardio exercises, or other types of workouts.

Nutritionist course Timisoara

Technician Nutritionist Course is a complex course, with many theoretical details, created by some of the most renowned specialists in the field: Dr. Antoinette Ms. Cretu, Mrs. Dr. Anca Popescu,  Gabriela Berechet, PhD in engineering sciences and HACCP quality auditor and Gabriela Nedelea nutritionist.

Upon completion of the compulsory 8 months of 16 sessions with 8 hours organized also in weekend, you will be authorized to be hired as a nutritionist in the following areas: hospitals, kindergartens, After-Schools, Asylums for old people, hotels, beauty centers, catering companies, fitness clubs and more.

All the 16 sessions runs approximately with one month distance between them. Their format is focused on theory with practical elements presentation, which will be used for future technician nutritionists in their future professions.
The practice is supported individual: homemade themes, projects presented and volunteer sessions. The course will not have practical cooking individual sessions and trainers will not participate with any participant in centers that they will offer themselfs as volunteers. Evaluation of practical segment of the course will be conducted by tests, homework and projects.

Course content:
Nutrition course lasts eight months - a total of 1167 hours divided into two binding methods: Theory and Practice. We want to help students and we suggest the following course structure:
1. THEORY: 386 hours structured as follows:
  • Seminars with this requirement: 96 hours
  • Individual study: 288 hours as follows:
  • 2 hrs / day for 6 days a week for 24 weeks
2. PRACTICE: 781 hours of case studies, volunteer projects, structured as follows:
  • study individually or in groups (optional)
  • 5:00 / day for 6 days a week for 16 weeks
  • Project case studies
  • 7:00 / day for 6 days a week for 6 weeks
  • Volunteer Project
  • 7:00 / day for 5-7 days (u longer the voluntary period, the score is higher)
We are eager to offer you the essential basics in practicing this very interesting and beautiful profession. We want to qualified and authorized technician nutritionists for them to be able to offer viable and professional solutions for people needs in the future.
Evaluation of course participants will be transparent and accurate based on the results after this, tests, projects and themes taught in mandatory deadline set by the teacher.
We don’t guarantee entry into the exam with Commission members from the Ministry if the demands of course weren’t delivered by participants.

Surface free training is one of the hottest new functional training concepts to hit the market. You can find it in most fitness clubs and now even in normal people’s homes. Surface free training is very fun, effective but not always easy to do. You need guidance in safety and in exercise execution and therefore it’s highly recommended that you take an introduction course that offers you the fundamental principles of the above. Fitness Scandinavia is happy to introduce S.F.T. (Surface free training). It is a concept created in Greece by the international master trainer: Dimitris Gourgos  

In our S.F.T.  level 1 workshop you will learn the fundamental principles of surface free training. You will also learn how to incorporate this kind of training into your PT sessions and into your classes. S.F.T training utilizes all planes of motion and targets your core stabilizers to improve functional movement and increase performance.

S.F.T will improve your personal training sessions and business using this truly integrated training concept, bridging the gap between movement, strength, fun and safety. ADRIAN BOROZAN

Adrian is one of the most popular instructor from Romania and he is known by the record number of participants from his classes. He teaches explosive Khai Bo and Bag Box classes at two well-known clubs in Romania (Moving and 168 Sport Station), where the clients need to book a place to his class a week before.
Adrian has always been the right hand of Troy Dureh, the founder of this concept, being trained by him. NOW we bring to you our new and very exciting aqua fitness program: AQUASHAPE™

AQUASHAPE™ is designed to tone muscles, to burn fat and calories an offers a wonderful program of Aerobics conditioning. In water, all these objectives can be achieved in the same workout. This workout is perfect for beginners to advanced levels, even if you have not worked in water before or you do not know how to swim, because it is a friendly workout and that will keep you fit and in shape.
Waterproof provides tone, strengthens and defines your muscles. The large movements of the legs and arms offer an Aerobics workout designed to burn fat and to strengthen your cardiovascular system. In water, the gravity is almost zero and determines you to work your abs to and joints. Fast movements are heavy and the water level should be up to the chest so that your hands will be under water when they are in work. My experience is more in deep pools, so during the course, I will give you more options of exercises made in plunge pools.
When we add equipment such as dumbbells, balls which have no weight outside, exercises really get tough, because working with them underwater, muscles will tone and it will be a cardio workout.
During a class of 60 minutes, abdominal muscles are uptight all the time. Also, during the class, we are going through all muscle groups and if we do it correctly you can feel the whole body after class. We sweat a lot even if we do not seen or feel.
Aqua Class is for every man or woman of any age and it is recommended for pregnant and post-natal women, recovery after surgery, injury or disability or only for pleasure.
In water, there is no impact on the joints or bones. Pregnant women or the elder ones, who usually have problems with balance, have no risk of doing exercises.
I expect you to find in the world water pleasure, relaxing moments, but also a cardio workout.
