Saturday, December 2 - 09:00 - 10:15Ashtanga Yoga means eight branches of yoga. Astou means eight, and anga branch. Under the treaty "Yoga Sutra" of Patanjali the 8 branches of yoga are yama, niyama, asana, pranayama, pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, Samadhi. Ashtanga yoga practice when it comes to include all these branches and remove impurities will result in both physical and mental, impurities that prevent us realize that our true nature is.
Practice begins with what is tangible, ie the outside, focusing on the first 4 branches: yama, niyama, asana and pranayama. These relate to how we manifest in the world through yama and niyama control of the body through asana and pranayama breath control by.
Ashtanga yoga has six series of posts. Each series consists of a sequence of positions / asanas which are very beneficial and therapeutic when done correctly.
The first series called Yoga Chikitsa = therapeutic yoga is considered the foundation of all practices, all other series being built later on her.
Why is it called therapeutic yoga? Because it is a powerful purification / detoxification and then healing the whole body. Each posture / asana has a specific part of the body and prepare for the next posts. It is therefore important to practice these asanas in order of default.
Ashtanga yoga practice specificity lies in the method tristhana (tri meaning three and sthana stability), ie stabilization in 3 actions: breathing, posture and focal point. The correct method is when we practice all three actions simultaneously.
Another component is Ashtanga vinyasa specific school, a system of coordination of movement with breath; link between posts is through a sequence of synchronized movements on breathing.
Another important element in practice today and is developing "seals" called bandhas energy (bind, preserve, forward); they involve certain adjustments which helps preserve muscle or redirecting energy, prana in the body.
During class we focus on streamlining and coordinating breath with movement. We will try to penetrate the unexplored areas of breath in our body, we will be observing the whole time shadowing messages sent by it; However addressing a state of detachment;)

HRIDYA HATHA YOGA
Saturday, December 2 - 10:30 - 11:45With Hridya Hatha Yoga class we aim to descover Spiritual Heart (hridaya) as the center of our existence, the very essence of our beeing. Hridaya Yoga was born at the confluence of the Vedic philosophy, self-seeking, and classical hatha yoga that uses body and mind to develop our self-awareness and free ourselves from the "diseases" of the agitated modern life.
Practicing the attitude of the witness and using the question "who am I?", quieting the mind and keeping it present, coming out of living reality as a story told by our minds and experiencing every moment with the natural intensity of "being here and now”, yoga is no longer something that we do an hour in a room on our blanket at home, but a way to be. To be free…

Saturday, December 2 - 13:30 - 14:45After personal problems of her own Lyora developed a Posture Training class that helps herself and her clients to continue their life with better shape and less pain. Unfortunately, few of the people exhibit good posture, let alone perfect posture. In fact, poor posture often develops so gradually that you may notice its symptoms (back and neck pain, tightness and stiffness, increased injury and losses in your normal range of motion) long before you notice your shoulders hunching over. Luckily, you can correct your posture by incorporating some simple exercises and stretches into your workout program.
Proper Posture Defined
Good posture results when the muscles of the body align properly, allowing for efficient movement. When your body's muscles and joints are balanced and supported properly, you're better able to perform everyday activities, such as squatting to pick up laundry or running down a flight of stairs efficiently. When you are poorly aligned, the joints in your body do not fit together properly. This causes some muscles to work harder than others. Over time, those muscles become tense while the others weaken, creating muscular imbalances that slowly devolve into poor posture. This causes pain, stiffness and loss of motion throughout the body. But fix these imbalances, and your posture (and the pain associated with it) will improve.

Saturday, December 2 - 15:00 - 16:15Classical Yoga, described by Patanjali in Yoga Sutra, explains the essence of practice as a means of awakening.

By simplifying a lot, we could say that all these "predominantly" energetic techniques are just ways to open ourselves to the reality of our experience - at this time. This opening, characterized by steady attention and a degree of clarity, is what we could call 'meditation' today.
We will use a part of this session to explore the entry into this practice by completing the essential ideas of Yoga Sutra.

Sunday, December 3 - 13:30 - 14:45Through the Yoga Strata you will be encouraged to move around your body, at your own pace, without too much effort, managing to pass through tension moments with a calm and relaxed attitude. What separates Strala from the other types of yoga is your connection with the natural movement of the body, exploring the space inside you and from outside without looking for the physical perfection of positions. Dazzle is the only system in yoga that guides the movement and not the position. In this way, it is impossible to impose a universal pattern on the movement, appropriate for each type of body. The movement is individual, unique and can be guided by feeling, not by ideas. It invites you to focus your attention inside and shape your body in your unique and personal way. Our goal at yoga classes is to feel good in our mind and body and not to achieve certain yoga positions. When you ask yourself How do I feel? and not How do I look? you will begin to connect with your intuition and creativity, and to open yourself to physical and emotional healing. When we focus on how we feel when we move, we are careful to see what is the best option for our body to move freely, without physical and mental constraints. Moving in this way will make you feel relaxed, your body will heal from the trauma of the past, and the mind will become clearer.

This Cosmic state also represents a mere step, an intermediary phase, as the final scope is achieved when one will be able to withdraw into its own centre and liberate itself also from this Cosmos and its Rhythm – the yogi becomes immune to experiences, non-conditional and autonomous.
Sunday, December 3 - 15:00 - 16:15Pilates & just it; Pilates. Mind-body. Core Strength. Stability; Pilates it all about you; New Pilates; Pilates you & me; Pilates or Nothing!
You’ve heard those terms before but what are they? Well, they are much more than the latest fitness buzzwords – they are keys to a healthier lifestyle through mindful movement and Pilates.
Mind-body exercise like Pilates is activity that keys on the mental focus of the physical movements being performed. With this type of exercise quality of movement is stressed over quantity of movement. You’ll often see instructors using a lot of verbal “cues” and coaching on things like the quality of breathing, rhythmic inhalation and exhalation during the exercise, and proper body alignment.
Simply put mind-body exercise contributes to overall fitness and assists with engagement of the mind. No matter what your age or condition, i will work with you, but don’t just take my word for it. Come to my class and try it!

Through the Prana that we bring to our bodies with the help of breathing we enter step by step in the 5 layers (physical, pranic, mental, intellectual, self) or “koshas”. We get to the place from which all our patterns of thinking go from, where we gather or feel all our interior and exterior conflicts and where positive or negative decisions are made. During Yoga Nidra we will experience ourselves without any filter. Shortly we will try to dissolve the layer that keeps us from knowing ourselves, touch our potential and get in touch with ourselves.
