class consists of performing punch and kick combinations on a 180cm high free standing punch bag

Fight Pilates

The combination of movements involving the simultaneous contraction of multiple muscle groups, in different planes and directions, of varying intensity, combined with kickboxing, pilates, stretching and relaxation elements, integrated into conscious breathing, develops fluency and mobility on the move thinking and activating the key points of the body's balance. The class that Marga Balan and Costin Bucura propose to you at the convention is Fight Pilates, a combination of Kickboxing and Pilates. After an intense fight session, the pilates come and tempered, relaxing the body and mind. It is a perfect balance between movements, states and behaviors, a combination that you have not tried before, a Yin and Yang of the body.

Partner Functional HIIT

Functional training is not a new and revolutionary concept, but it is rather a reinterpretation of traditional training methods in the current context. Nevertheless, functional training means to give up stable fitness machines and heavy weights, using mostly your own weight, free movement and specific accessories, everything done as a team, with a partner. In practice, functional training starts up at a basic principle: exercises through which the body moves freely, unrestricted, limitless. The functional instruments allow the evolution on all movement plans and they get all the muscles involved. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) - alternates between short and long intensity periods during one practice, the results being better. Studies have repeatedly shown the higher quality of HIIT in regard to cardio-vascular key indicators, muscular oxygen absorption and even sensibilities of insulin (diabetes and pre-diabetes). And bonus: HIIT improves the mentioned in less time than the traditional exercises, continuously, making it a more efficient method of practice.

MOTRIC training concept

Foam Roll Stretch & Release

The most overlooked component of injury prevention and fast progress is soft-tissue quality. Prep your muscles for a workout, treat day-to-day stiffness and loosen things up. Foam Roll Release classes are a great way to learn how to perform self-myofascial release of trigger points in the muscles. Trigger points are sore spots that form within muscles or tendons. Foam rolling is a way of massaging away muscle soreness in trigger points and preparing your muscles for deeper stretching.  Myofascial release foam roll classes are based on the fact that loosening up the connective tissues increases muscle flexibility, in addition to reducing pain. The cylinder-shaped foam rollers are made of varying densities, which can be used to vary the pressure applied. In foam rolling classes, you will learn a variety of different ways to use the foam roller,  foam roll classes are also great for the hamstrings, neck, lats, quadriceps, trapezius, and other areas of the body. In addition to being used for myofascial release , foam rollers can also be used for stability exercises. This involves using the roller as a platform for exercises that require core strength, such as squats. When practiced on a regular basis,  can also help reduce the risk of muscular injuries, help improve posture, and the overall well-being of muscles and joints. The classes are also beneficial before and after weight training, cardio exercises, or other types of workouts.

Relaxation will be the key point, focusing on meditation, a simple stretching and strength exercises with variations that produce enough heat, all to give you extra energy.

Traditional African dance workshop

The Dance Workshop will be a great challenge and a premiere for the participants because during the workshop, moves will be supported by African traditional rhythms sung by Peejay Vincent and his colleagues. We will combine two African dances Dumdumba and Yankadi. The traditional African dance Dumdumba or the dance of strong men, whom men show their bravery and strength. Initially, it was a warrior dance where men stumbled using the hippopotam leather or warthog leather whip. It is practiced today, more peacefully, on all occasions, and even women participate in it. Similarly, if the dance was interpreted historically by the Malinke ethnicity of Hamanah, it is now very popular and conquered by the Soussou of Guinea, the Ouolofs in Senegal and even the Ivory Coast. Yankadi is the seduction dance. It is danced during folk celebrations, weddings ... In the middle of this dance, where young people stand in front of young women, one of the young people places a scarf on the chest or shoulder of a young woman in love. At this point, the pace of musicians is twice as fast.

For an hour, "we will be dancing" to the music of Baiaga, Gypsy Kings, Amaro Del and Goran Bregovici, will rip it with us. After last year's success being the first full-class book, our goal is to book the place in time. The class is made up of four parts: accommodation, heating, key aspects and cool down. The class type is fartlek. It varies the intensity of the pedaling, the rhythm and the position of the regarding the bicycle. Alex wants to get out of the routine of what it means and proposes a new approach to the phenomenon.

Our RE:Volt class is a diversity oriented HIIT workout. RE:Volt brings together several workout techniques so that it gives your metabolism a boost, all the while aiming to be super fun through clever excercises and our unique approach of carrying them out. By RE:Volt, we mean: Cardio, Strength and Plyo + Core, each and every one of them having its own objective and getting you closer to yours!
Cardio is made up of rounds of intense exercise, with a focus on tempo. Our aim here is to increase heartbeat and burn as many calories as we can in 15 minutes only!

SuperFit classes translate moves from everyday life into free body movements or accessories, with the goal of preparing and dealing with real situations. Metabolic Training (It's Time)

It is the most effective type of training because in just 25 minutes you guarantee over 600 kcal burnt and total body muscle growth. It's a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with intervals of 25 seconds between sets that use large muscle groups and complex exercises to speed up Metabolism.

Fartlek is a Swedish word meaning “speed play” and it is a kind of training that puts under stress mainly the aerobic-anaerobic system thanks to its continuous nature together with sudden changes in exercise. This leads to better balance and stability, whether on the playing field or in daily activities. In fact, most sports and other physical activities depend on stable core muscles. Your core provides strength and stability for the rest of your body, which is why it is important to develop these muscle groups. Aside from occasional sit-ups and pushups, however, core exercises are often neglected. Still, it pays to get your core muscles - the muscles around your trunk and pelvis in better shape.

The upper part in the form of half a ball and the platform on which it is placed and which gives it stability, allows the device to be used in the most diverse ways. It can be used for cardio workout, strength, flexibility.

BOSU CIRCUIT is the best recipe for boredom, circuit training combines cardio with force to improve strength, flexibility, coordination and mobility.
