We want you to perform and become better as an aerobics instructor. We prepared for you a course that will challenge you and teach you how to work with groups of people to achieve their goals. The course is approved by the Ministry of Labour and Ministry of Education and it is accredited by the EREPS and Europe Active.
At the completion of the Aerobic-Fitness Instructor you will become an instructor in training and directing people to discover the wonderful paths of health and fitness. This course qualifies and authorizes you to develop and recommend you as a professional instructor ready to support aerobic classes in any gym in Romania and beyond. The course is designed according to international standards of aerobic education.

During the course you will learn how to analyze music and how to hold one hour of aerobics with music, you will learn to communicate with diverse people and eager to achieve their goals through movement. Because we have an intensive course, participants study anatomy, physiology, biomechanics and nutrition.

Accreditation (Diplomas)

After graduating this course you will receive two accredited diplomas: one from the Ministry of Education of Romania and the other from the European Fitness Association.

YOUR REGISTRATION TO THIS COURSE IS BINDING

You have 5 days to pay the price of the course so that you can keep your place in the course that you have chosen. The registration price is non refundable except in the case of illness or injury. In this case we will require a medical certificate from an authorized doctor. The last cancelation day in the case of illness or injury is 14 days before the course. After that the price of the course is non refundable.

In the case of illness or injury during the course or before the course, you will not be refunded but you will be offered to take the course on another suitable occasion such as the following: in the cases of injury we will be able to reschedule you in another course/ event in a maximum period of 6 months; in the case of pregnancy we will be able to reschedule you on another course/ event in a maximum period of one and a half years. Examination system

  • This course is made up of 80 hours in total split into theoretical and practical seminars.
  • The 80 hours are divided across 4 week-ends and all must be successfully completed. After every week-end will be tested and within a month of completing the course you will be called in for a full day final exam presided over by a Ministry of Education representative.
  • The tests will comprise of theoretical and practical elements and have to be passed in order to obtain a license.
   


NOTE:


  • THE COST OF THE FINAL DAY EXAM OF 200 RON IS INCLUDED IN THE TOTAL COURSE FEE.
  • IF YOU DO NOT PASS THE THEORETICAL OR PRACTICAL EXAM, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE 200 RON FINAL EXAM FEE FOR YOUR SECOND ATTEMPT.
  • Due to the successful affiliation of Fitness Scandinavia School to the biggest European Association, Europe Active, of which the well known standards system EREPS and REPS belong to, you will benefit from having your profile ( Facebook or website) published on the EREPS site. The tax is a symbolic one, of 70 RON, which is half of what you should pay if you apply directly, due to the special conditions for our school. This tax is mandatory and should be paid only for the exam with the Ministry representative.

Core exercises improve your balance and stability.
Core exercises train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and stability, whether on the playing field or in daily activities. In fact, most sports and other physical activities depend on stable core muscles.

Your core provides strength and stability for the rest of your body, which is why it is important to develop these muscle groups. The core does not only consists of the abdominals and transverse abdominals, better known as the abdominal muscles, but it also includes the oblique, lower-back and gluteus. A great core workout needs to address each area and from multiple angles to get a toned six-pack and a powerful midsection.

Core exercises are an important part of a well-rounded fitness program. Aside from occasional sit-ups and push-ups, however, core exercises are often neglected. Liora will teach you how to create a training for your core muscles, in order to stabilize them and to achieve better balance.

POSTURAL TRAINING
Postural training is an innovation in fitness, built from a special programme, designed to resolve all the back problems and, the most important of all, to free the clients from all the pain.
Our body is the main target in postural training! The most important thing in the training is the road we’re on, not only where we get. The important thing is to understand and do what we are doing for pleasure.
We will never be too young or too old to have the control of our own body. You just have to start the change! The body will heal itself because the cells are regenerating. We have to train The Body to create the perfect balance.
Unfortunately, only a few of us have the perfect posture and most of us have back, neck and knee pain. Only by implementing a few moves we can improve our posture and make the pain go away and you will see the body when it starts to work in its own natural way.
THE RESOURCES FOR POSTURAL TRAINING
This system is a combination from many known trainings, such as: Pilates, Yoga, Dance, Kinetotherapy, Massage.

DEFINITIONS
Correct posture is when body musculature is in a perfect alignment, so it can afford to move in an efficient way. When our body and joints are in a perfect balance and supported the way they should be, we can easily make everyday moves, without pain of too big efforts.
POSTURAL TRAINING BENEFITS:
The exercises from postural training are good for anyone, at any age and with any problem: the class develops both the balance and flexibility of the right posture, and accident prevention.
Through the alignment of the spine, we get a better posture and work on our flexibility, which helps us moving and keeping a good balance. You will learn new habits in order to keep a good posture and let the body work in an efficient way. All the joints will receive the right support and this type of training will help in a better functioning.
Your clients will feel much better, there will be no tension, tey will be more relaxed and look younger as days passes. Add to all of this a balanced nutrition and their bodies will receive numerous benefits.
