Alex is one of Fitness Scandinavia School’s Master Trainers. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at the West University of Timisoara, Department of Physical Therapy and Special Motricity, graduated from the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport within the same Universities, the Department of Physical Education and Sports and Mastering in Fitness and Driving Performance. He has an experience of over 8 years in the field of high performance sport and sport recovery. He is master trainer for Personal Training Level 1, Level 2, and SFT Workshop. He has made continuous performance in the field. He not only recommends it to be one of the best coaches in the country, but also the ambition to be taken for example. To this bag of information is added the charisma with which he was endowed, the desire to evolve and the passion for everything he does.

Extreme tabata challenge

Since the discovery of this training by Dr. Izumi Tabata, a famous researcher at the National Fitness and Sports Institute in Tokyo it was created a real international hysteria in what it means to work in intensity. It has been shown that 20-second workout work with 10 seconds of break engages in a very efficient way both anaerobic and aerobic systems leading to notable physical performance. Alex's class is basically a continuous progression from the beginning to the end. The incendiary rhythm of music will make the class truly unmistakable. Being a class in which heart rate will pass the 3rd effort is recommended a good cardiovascular condition! Alex will be there! You?

Miu Alex, our trainer master, announces a new explosive class of fartlek in the 8th edition of the Romanian International Fitness Convention, organized by Fitness Scandinavia. For an hour, "we will be dancing" to the music of Baiaga, Gypsy Kings, Amaro Del and Goran Bregovici, will rip it with us. After last year's success being the first full-class book, our goal is to book the place in time. The class is made up of four parts: accommodation, heating, key aspects and cool down. The class type is fartlek. It varies the intensity of the pedaling, the rhythm and the position of the regarding the bicycle. Alex wants to get out of the routine of what it means and proposes a new approach to the phenomenon.

Sunday, 14 April - 10:15 - 11:15

Old times past, but are now more current than ever. Nothing can be more pleasant than pedaling to the music of Scorpions, ACDC, Flashdance, Twisted Sisters, Tina Turner, Bon Jovi and many others. Alex will approach the class with the same theme he loves, Fartlek as the working method. Work with intensities will not be missing out of this class. Try a mixed effort that will involve a combination of aerobic and anaerobic effort. The structure of the class is preserved, namely 4 main parts: accommodation, heating, key aspects and cool down. You are being awaited and at the request our master trainer 3,2,1 Force!
