Attila Gyömrei

Attila is a qualified coach, personal trainer, massage therapist, mixed mover and a genuine waterman from Hungary, focusing all his efforts to help people succeed and learn the processes necessary to make movement & healthy eating a solid part of their daily routine and lifestyle.

Attila studied at the University of West Hungary where he attained his B.A. degree in P.E. Trainer of Gymnastic and gained a certification in Applied Exercise Physiology. Throughout High School he tried just about every sport going and as a result he was constantly active.


After studying Attila went to Budapest/Hungary and qualified as a Personal Trainer and began giving private lessons and functional group training courses.

He worked as an instructor for various professional windsurf centres in Greece, with the purpose of improving windsurfers’ athletic skills and techniques, they would windsurf every day till sunset. Attila's time on the water gave him the desire to teach movement and it became his passion. He realised that he can help people become happier and healthier through exercise.

In 2016 Attila discovered Kancho Cameron Shayne and Budokon. He has recently returned from studying with his astonishing style, and he is focused on sharing his experience.

Attila actively teaches Budokon, and Group Fitness Classes, gives Personal Training and Massage in Düsseldorf, and helps people with their Nutrition.

Mobility

Saturday, 13 April - 11:30 - 12:30

In this class we explore our primal movement patterns and discover what our bodies are capable to do by nature.
We work on our flexibility, strength and coordination by creating mobility chains looking at the way humans used to move and animals still do. We construct, deconstruct, progress and regress quadrupedal movement patterns and will increase our range of motion to gain options in the way we move to support a healthy and mobile life.
The Course uses a combination of BDK Yoga Flow, basic calisthenics moves and animal locomotion to help build a solid foundation of skills, flexibility, strength, coordination and balance.

Kettlebell

Saturday, 13 April - 15:15 - 16:15

We have identified the fundamentals of kettlebell training and built this Course around them. Students will be taught essential skills, techniques, and principles. Students will come away from the Class being able to safely and effectively train with a kettlebell on their own. This Kettlebell Class is ideal for newcomers and also those who have been training for a while and want to refine and perfect their technique

Calisthenics

Sunday, 14 April - 12:45 - 13:45

In this Class we use a form of strength, power, mobility and balance training utilize with compound bodyweight exercises. Strengthening the body as a unit. You will developing good form and foundations to then take onto some advanced skills.
