Iulia Popa

Iulia is a former master trainer of the FS Fitness Instructor Course. She has won countless champion titles during a successful career in track & field. She was very successful in the high jump and has a showcase full of trophies, medals and diplomas, as living proofs of her achievements in sport.  
Iulia made the transition of being an athlete to being a fitness trainer, putting her knowledge, passion and dedication into it. "Sport is my life, a passion that I turned into a profession that I do with dedication and conviction that my personal imprint will change the lifestyle for the better of all those who I train, motivate and advice,"  says Iulia. She is also the sports manager of a very important club in Romania.
From her position as a Fitness Manager, Iulia is responsible for coordinating the Country Club Stewardship fitness area, managing the team of professional trainers and personal trainings. Iulia won the Elite Master Trainer in Personal Training, while she attended the Scandinavian School and has over 10 years of experience working with numerous luxury sports clubs. Another thing that highlights Iulia is that she was a professional athlete for more than 8 years and the national champion at high jump. She is also a graduate of the Faculty of Management and Marketing of the Romanian-American University and on her way to obtain a master's degree in nutrition from the University of Sports and Physical Education.

We don’t rediscover the wheel. It’s about a dynamic strength group class, which combine basic exercises, in order to create strong movements & muscles. It is recognised that bodyweight exercises can enhance a range of biomotor abilities including strength, power, endurance, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance. This type of strength training has grown in popularity for both recreational and professional athletes, with a range of sports disciplines using bodyweight resistance training as part of their fitness programs. We will have fun and we will discover together how strong we are.
