COUNT-DOWN to the festival start

ALICE ROSENTZWEIG

Romania

Alice thinks that the time dedicated to you, where you want to know yourself, to discover yourself and take care of yourself, is the true source of inspiration in everyday life. She believes that self-love is the only one that gives us the desire to get closer to those around us. For this reason she chose to be a Strala Yoga Instructor.
After a Yoga Teaching Training in Vinyasa Yoga, in Mallorca, she chose to participate in two Intensive Yoga Trainings in Amsterdam and London, courses initiated by Tara Stiles, the founder of the style. Although she had the opportunity during years spent in Berlin to experience different yoga styles, Alice continued throughout this time to believe more and more in the strala technique. Thus, she has deepened her knowledge in yoga strala by completing the 100 + Hour Leadership Training Strala Online. Currently, Alice spends most of her time in yoga studios in Iasi as a  yoga instructor.

Classes

Strala Yoga

Sunday, 1 December - 09:00 - 10:15

Through  Yoga Strala you will be encouraged to move around in the shape of your body in your own rhythm, thus learning to pass through the moments of tension with a calm and relaxed attitude. What separates Strala from the other types of yoga is your connection with the natural movement of the body, exploring the space inside and outside of you without seeking the physical perfection of positions. Strala is the only system in yoga that guides the movement and not the position. In this way, it is impossible to impose a universal pattern on the movement, appropriate for each type of body. The movement is individual, unique and can be guided by feeling, not by ideas. It invites you to focus your attention inside and shape your body in your unique and personal way. Our goal at yoga classes is to feel good in our mind and body and not to achieve certain yoga positions. When you ask yourself How do I feel? and not How do I look? you will begin to connect with your intuition and creativity, and to open yourself to physical and emotional healing. When we focus on how we feel when we move, we are careful to see what is the best option for our body to move freely, without physical and mental constraints. Moving in this way will make you feel relaxed, the body will heal the trauma of the past, and the mind will become clearer.
