COREX
Core exercises improve your balance and stability.
Core exercises train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and stability, whether on the playing field or in daily activities. In fact, most sports and other physical activities depend on stable core muscles.

Your core provides strength and stability for the rest of your body, which is why it is important to develop these muscle groups. The core does not only consists of the abdominals and transverse abdominals, better known as the abdominal muscles, but it also includes the oblique, lower-back and gluteus. A great core workout needs to address each area and from multiple angles to get a toned six-pack and a powerful midsection.

Core exercises are an important part of a well-rounded fitness program. Aside from occasional sit-ups and push-ups, however, core exercises are often neglected. Liora will teach you how to create a training for your core muscles, in order to stabilize them and to achieve better balance.

POSTURAL TRAINING
Postural training is an innovation in fitness, built from a special programme, designed to resolve all the back problems and, the most important of all, to free the clients from all the pain.
Our body is the main target in postural training! The most important thing in the training is the road we’re on, not only where we get. The important thing is to understand and do what we are doing for pleasure.
We will never be too young or too old to have the control of our own body. You just have to start the change! The body will heal itself because the cells are regenerating. We have to train The Body to create the perfect balance.
Unfortunately, only a few of us have the perfect posture and most of us have back, neck and knee pain. Only by implementing a few moves we can improve our posture and make the pain go away and you will see the body when it starts to work in its own natural way.
THE RESOURCES FOR POSTURAL TRAINING
This system is a combination from many known trainings, such as: Pilates, Yoga, Dance, Kinetotherapy, Massage.

DEFINITIONS
Correct posture is when body musculature is in a perfect alignment, so it can afford to move in an efficient way. When our body and joints are in a perfect balance and supported the way they should be, we can easily make everyday moves, without pain of too big efforts.
POSTURAL TRAINING BENEFITS:
The exercises from postural training are good for anyone, at any age and with any problem: the class develops both the balance and flexibility of the right posture, and accident prevention.
Through the alignment of the spine, we get a better posture and work on our flexibility, which helps us moving and keeping a good balance. You will learn new habits in order to keep a good posture and let the body work in an efficient way. All the joints will receive the right support and this type of training will help in a better functioning.
Your clients will feel much better, there will be no tension, tey will be more relaxed and look younger as days passes. Add to all of this a balanced nutrition and their bodies will receive numerous benefits.

At the end of this workshop you will learn how to execute two full classes of 60 min of functional training

LIORA ZYTCER
With a long and impressive career of over 20 years in fitness and dance industry, Liora Zytcer chose to locate and to make a career in Romania because of the market potential. But she also made this choice because she considered that her experience and expertise obtained in her native country, Israel can be useful and valuable.
As a talented instructor, Liora managed to impose herself as a respectable figure in Romanian fitness industry, both through her fitness programs and trainings developed at the gyms or presented at conventions and sport events, but also as a TV star because of a successful show with a big audience.
At the young age of 16, Liora started teaching dance and aerobics classes and at 21 years old she finished the military stage as an officer and opened her own dance studio and gym in Haifa. She finished Sports College with a specialty in aerobics and toning and got many various accreditations for group fitness. She also has arts specialization and Project Management specialization.

(Level 2) aerobics instructor training workshops-modules
Fitness Scandinavia is now launching (level 2) aerobics instructor training workshops. To start with we will launch workshop in the following categories: Functional training, step, Corex & and postural training, Yoga, Pilates, Bag box, S.F.T. After every workshop you will receive a competence diploma and when you have 3 of the above then you can apply for an exam with the ministry of education so that you can receive an official diploma by the authorities.    
  • You do not have to take three or more workshops if you do not want to do so
  • You can take as many workshops as you want before applying for the (level 2) official exam by the ministry of education.  
  • You do not have to be a (level 1) aerobics instructor to participate.  
  • You will have to be a level 1 aerobics instructor if you want to apply for the level2 official exam
  • You do not have to be a fitness Scandinavia instructor to participate.
  • There will be a fee of 250 RON to apply for the level 2 official exam by the ministry of education.

Workshop contents

  • 2 Master classes (60 min each)
  • Practical break down of how to do the 2 master classes (warm-up, main class, cool-down stretch)
  • At the end you will know exactly how to do every min of each class by yourself
  • Theoretical break down of how to do the 2 master classes
  • Teaching and technique advise
  • Training in groups and feedback
  • Individual feedback
