The new Group fitness instructor course is designed to meet the needs of the modern group fitness instructor. Most importantly it is NOT a choreography based education. This means that you don’t have to worry about understanding complex choreography which is incorporated into music.
This new group fitness instructor course focuses on how to teach strength training and cardio training in a group class environment.
You learn how to execute and how to teach exercises correctly. You learn how to structure a group class from the warm up, the main class until the cool down & stretch. You learn how to regress exercises for beginners and how to progress exercise for more advance practitioners. You learn how to motivate class participants with your voice, your body, your energy and with music.

In this course you will learn to teach the following group classes:      
-    Total body class (accessories; bar and disc, dumbbells, mat)
-    Circuit training class (accessories; bar and disc, dumbbells, steps, body weight, mat)
-    Elasti band class (accessories; mat & elastic bands)
-    Core training class (accessories; mat)
-    Functional training class (accessories; mat, body weight)
-    Kettle bell group class (accessories; Kettle bell, mat)

With the knowledge of teaching the classes mentioned above you will an instructor on high demand and at the cutting edge of the modern group fitness industry. Most gyms in Romania and across Europe are currently offering most of the strength and cardio classes mentioned above so your job prospects will be high. With that being said you should always continue to acquire new knowledge and up to date knowledge regarding the training concepts of this education and other new training concepts.

Examination system

This course has a total of 120 hours which are divided into theoretical and practical seminars.  These 120 Hours are dived into 4 seminar weekends which all must be successfully completed. After every weekend you will receive a written test and on the last weekend you will receive a final written exam which will be supervised by one of our master trainers at the school. The practical exam will be done through a recorded video of you teaching a full class.  If you successfully complete this both exams you will then be eligible to participate in another final exam with the Romanian Ministry of education.

Note
The final exam has an additional cost of 200 RON which is included in the price of this course. If for some reason you are unsuccessful in passing the either of the exams you will then need to pay an additional 200 RON to be able to participate in another exam process.

NUTRITION FOR PREVENTION AND MANAGEMENT OF BURNOUT SYNDROME

STRESS = the body's reaction to any condition or change that requires a new or quick response and an adjustment that takes us out of comfort = CORTIZOL DISCHARGE = EXCESS
BURNOUT = is defined as a consequence of a prolonged period of stress, leading to physical, mental and emotional exhaustion caused by daily stressors, causing total loss of energy, motivation, self-esteem and sometimes abandonment = POWERFUL OXIDATIVE STRESS. In simple terms, the installation of chronic fatigue, with strong effects on the whole body, especially on the entire hormonal system.
In burnout = CORTIZOL DISCHARGE DEFICIENCY as a result of constant excess discharge
Women are more likely to develop burnout syndrome, but men are not shunned either.
Therefore, nutrition is extremely important and nutritional deficiencies inevitably lead to a decrease in the ability of all organs and systems to function, which if not corrected affects physical, mental and mental health ... slowly but surely.
Thus, the organs that help to adapt the body to various conditions, implicitly to stress, without the nutrition they need, will not help us prevent the installation of burnout or get out of it.
Codruta is a patient with 2 autoimmune diseases and who experienced burnout syndrome twice, the second time, because she didn’t have all the information necessary for an effective management of burnout syndrome. Thus, for the first time she did not take important steps and this was felt at an interval of a few months, when the symptoms of burnout were more accentuated in the context of a strong emotional stress. The second time, having all the necessary tools, she overcame the critical stage more easily and continued a personalized protocol, respecting the key points in the management of burnout syndrome. Now, although she still experiences severe mental stress, like most people due to the coronavirus pandemic, she has that balance that makes her able to control her attitude toward daily challenges. Core exercises improve your balance and stability.
Core exercises train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and stability, whether on the playing field or in daily activities. In fact, most sports and other physical activities depend on stable core muscles.

Your core provides strength and stability for the rest of your body, which is why it is important to develop these muscle groups. The core does not only consists of the abdominals and transverse abdominals, better known as the abdominal muscles, but it also includes the oblique, lower-back and gluteus. A great core workout needs to address each area and from multiple angles to get a toned six-pack and a powerful midsection.

Core exercises are an important part of a well-rounded fitness program. Aside from occasional sit-ups and push-ups, however, core exercises are often neglected. Liora will teach you how to create a training for your core muscles, in order to stabilize them and to achieve better balance.

POSTURAL TRAINING
Postural training is an innovation in fitness, built from a special programme, designed to resolve all the back problems and, the most important of all, to free the clients from all the pain.
Our body is the main target in postural training! The most important thing in the training is the road we’re on, not only where we get. The important thing is to understand and do what we are doing for pleasure.
We will never be too young or too old to have the control of our own body. You just have to start the change! The body will heal itself because the cells are regenerating. We have to train The Body to create the perfect balance.
Unfortunately, only a few of us have the perfect posture and most of us have back, neck and knee pain. Only by implementing a few moves we can improve our posture and make the pain go away and you will see the body when it starts to work in its own natural way.
THE RESOURCES FOR POSTURAL TRAINING
This system is a combination from many known trainings, such as: Pilates, Yoga, Dance, Kinetotherapy, Massage.

DEFINITIONS
Correct posture is when body musculature is in a perfect alignment, so it can afford to move in an efficient way. When our body and joints are in a perfect balance and supported the way they should be, we can easily make everyday moves, without pain of too big efforts.
POSTURAL TRAINING BENEFITS:
The exercises from postural training are good for anyone, at any age and with any problem: the class develops both the balance and flexibility of the right posture, and accident prevention.
Through the alignment of the spine, we get a better posture and work on our flexibility, which helps us moving and keeping a good balance. You will learn new habits in order to keep a good posture and let the body work in an efficient way. All the joints will receive the right support and this type of training will help in a better functioning.
