FOOD COMPOSITION - BIODISPONIBILITY AND BIOTRANSFORMATION
For food to be able to bring us as much benefit as possible, we need to know how much it is used by the body. We need to know their composition so we can associate them correctly with other foods for better digestion, absorption, bioavailability and ultimately biotransformation, as some foods potentiate others or can block the absorption of certain nutrients.
Let us understand how we associate protein sources to ensure the daily needs of essential amino acids, which are the best sources of sugars and fats, which are the best sources of vitamins and minerals, but also to avoid associating them with what they have, may partially or totally inhibit absorption, these are the key elements when it comes to either maintaining a health or improving it.
Every food has a degree of satiety and when it comes to appealing to different strategies to have a normal body weight, this indicator can be an allied or an enemy.

GABRIELA CODRUTA NEDELEA
Gabriela Codruta Nedelea is part of the Fitness Scandinavia School Master Trainers Team, within the Nutritionist Technician Course. Nutrition is an area she has enjoyed since high school, so she decided to pursue in-depth studies at one of the country's top-ranked universities (ANEFS). As a sociologist, Gabriela, the promoter of the Master of Nutrition and Body Remodeling, stepped on the career ladder, becoming the first master student to present 2 papers at the International Congress of Physical Education, Sports and Kinetotapapy (2014 and 2015), two works of maximum interest. Her works attracted the attention of the German publication LAP LAMBERT Academic Publishing Saarbrücken - Germany, where she stepped up her professional path, receiving an invitation to publish her works in German.
Having an energetic and enthusiastic thread, she could not stay away from new projects; Gabriela is now part of the SAMAS - Health for Mothers and Infants Program team.
Being a graduate of sociology, Gabriela has been a perfect teacher-coordinator of the Fitness Scandinavia School Technician Nutritionist course, helping new aspirants to achieve their professional goals.
Having strong communication skills, Gabriela has expanded her career performance, being also a contributor to TV shows that address nutrition, being called the nutritionist who demolishes the myth of diets, because the scientific arguments she brings back to the test of time and cannot be challenged!
