Attend a kettlebell certification to learn how to move safely, effectively or learn how to teach.

This Certification is all about how to get more from your kettlebell. The kettlebell is a powerful tool that will help build strength, awareness, conditioning, coordination and athleticism. With the Foundation Kettlebell Certification you will be introduced to a method that will take the most novice kettlebell user to a pro.

Learn from the best.  Attila Gyömrei is a Master Kettlebell trainer and a Fitness Expert and has over 10 years experience in bodyweight training and is one of the most skilled kettlebell athlete.

What Makes This Certification Different?
With the Foundation Kettlebell Certification you will find a blend of hard and flow style to be able to choose the appropriate method to apply at the right time with the right person. This system will teach you the foundation to master the basic movements and then expand on them into strong, powerful, useful creative flows. What makes a kettlebell so powerful the ability to transition from different planes and angles quickly making you a resilient more competent mover. We go into more rotational work as well as the breakdown of flow and how it pertains to athletic endeavours. It is also a ton of fun!

Attila Gyömrei

Attila is a qualified coach, personal trainer, massage therapist, mixed movement athlete and a genuine waterman from Hungary.
Growing up in a sporty family with two older brothers meant a lot of fun and competition. It seemed at the beginning it is going to lead him into the world of health and fitness. Now, his passion and experiences in fitness have broadened to include weight training, gymnastics, athletics, yoga, martial      arts, swimming, biking, surfing, climbing and more. At an early age, he was taught that health and well-being of an individual encompasses the mind, body and soul. Our outer-self balanced with our inner-self. As a movement teacher, he likes to take a fun and educational approach to each workout session.
His philosophy focuses of lifelong learning, and to equip people with not only the skills, but also the knowledge of how to reach their fitness and health goals.

Day 1:

•    The System and Why - Foundation to KB Principles
•    Mindful Breathing and why it matters
•    Efficient and Dynamic Warm-up
•    Hold your ground - Learning how to Stabilize and Prepare Your body for the bell
•    Hinge Series and Variations - The Deadlift and Swing + Variations
•    Pull Series - The Row and Clean + Variations
•    Push Series - The Squat and Press + Variations  

Day 2:
•    Recap from Day 1
•    Pull series - Snatch + Variations
•    Rotational Series - Controlled Movements -
•    Rotational Series - Explosive Movements
•    Programming for best results
•    Coaching Series
•    Flow Series - How to flow and building athleticism
•    Final Flow - Tying it all together
