Alex Valah, ex professional athlete, choose a new path in sports industry, that of training and motivate people who wish to be part of this fitness world. Because he couldn’t stay away from the fitness industry, this time, as a fitness instructor, he dedicated his passion, experience, energy and talent for the people who loves sport and who wants to learn how to live healthy.

Using the experience he has now, he wants to highlight that in the athletics exercises he finds exercises of functional training “these types of exercises or chains of exercises are very important not only for improving our physical condition, but also for treating certain pains and for reaching faster our objectives and so, for feeling better in our skin, recommends Alexandru.

Fitness Scandinavia is proud to have him as a master trainer of the Fitness Instructor Course, a course which has an extraordinary success in the whole country.

Classes

S.F.T. vs. BOSU

Saturday, 22 April - 09:00 - 10:00

This is a complex training class, using two unique accessories: suspended ropes and bosu. S.F.T is using all the movement plans and it aims for the stabilizers profound muscles of the median are of the body (core), which will improve you functional movements and upgrade you performances. Bosu stands up through improving your balance and strength. The perfect combination from these two trainings will blow you away and will offer a new perspective of your trainings. This class is the perfect combination of movement, strength, fun and safety.

SUPER BOOTCAMP

Saturday, 22 April - 14:00 - 15:00

Strength, cardio, speed, agility, balance and coordination are some of the elements of fitness that you will experience in these 60 minutes class. In this class you will use your bodyweight, as an element of resistance. One of body weight functional main benefit is a high calorie burn that exceeds 24 – 48 hours after training.  

INTENSE FITNESS™

Sunday, 23 April - 15:15 - 16:15

Alex Valah will train you in this class at maximum intensity. Get ready for a functional class, but with high intensity intervals. It’s a combination of functional exercises with cardio training, which will give a boost to your heart. You will train all the muscles and in the same time you will lose loads of calories.
