Surface free training is one of the hottest new functional training concepts to hit the market. You can find it in most fitness clubs and now even in normal people’s homes. Surface free training is very fun, effective but not always easy to do. In our S.F.T.  level 1 workshop you will learn the fundamental principles of surface free training. You will also learn how to incorporate this kind of training into your PT sessions and into your classes. S.F.T training utilizes all planes of motion and targets your core stabilizers to improve functional movement and increase performance.

Fight-Klub (Bag-Box & Khai-bo) double workshop

ADRIAN BOROZAN

Adrian is one of the most popular instructor from Romania and he is known by the record number of participants from his classes. He teaches explosive Khai Bo and Bag Box classes at two well-known clubs in Romania (Moving and 168 Sport Station), where the clients need to book a place to his class a week before.
Adrian has always been the right hand of Troy Dureh, the founder of this concept, being trained by him. He attended numerous trainings in England, where he obtained trainer certification for Bag Box & Khai Bo. Adi impressed Troy so much, that he received work offers in England. He presented on the big stages all over Romania’s Conventions, where he gathered many souls willing to move and “starved” by the energy from his classes.
We are honored to have him as a Master Trainer in Fitness Scandinavia School and we highly recommend to take advantage of a chance to train next to one of the best instructors in Romania, in a double workshop (Bag Box & Khai Bo), held in Romanian.

NUTRITION FOR PREVENTION AND MANAGEMENT OF BURNOUT SYNDROME

STRESS = the body's reaction to any condition or change that requires a new or quick response and an adjustment that takes us out of comfort = CORTIZOL DISCHARGE = EXCESS
BURNOUT = is defined as a consequence of a prolonged period of stress, leading to physical, mental and emotional exhaustion caused by daily stressors, causing total loss of energy, motivation, self-esteem and sometimes abandonment = POWERFUL OXIDATIVE STRESS. In simple terms, the installation of chronic fatigue, with strong effects on the whole body, especially on the entire hormonal system.
In burnout = CORTIZOL DISCHARGE DEFICIENCY as a result of constant excess discharge
Women are more likely to develop burnout syndrome, but men are not shunned either.
Therefore, nutrition is extremely important and nutritional deficiencies inevitably lead to a decrease in the ability of all organs and systems to function, which if not corrected affects physical, mental and mental health ... slowly but surely.
Thus, the organs that help to adapt the body to various conditions, implicitly to stress, without the nutrition they need, will not help us prevent the installation of burnout or get out of it.
Codruta is a patient with 2 autoimmune diseases and who experienced burnout syndrome twice, the second time, because she didn’t have all the information necessary for an effective management of burnout syndrome. Thus, for the first time she did not take important steps and this was felt at an interval of a few months, when the symptoms of burnout were more accentuated in the context of a strong emotional stress. The second time, having all the necessary tools, she overcame the critical stage more easily and continued a personalized protocol, respecting the key points in the management of burnout syndrome. Now, although she still experiences severe mental stress, like most people due to the coronavirus pandemic, she has that balance that makes her able to control her attitude toward daily challenges. Without a proper diet and a program of concrete functional food supplements, she would not have been able to balance it with everything around her.

COREX
Core exercises improve your balance and stability.
Core exercises train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and stability, whether on the playing field or in daily activities. In fact, most sports and other physical activities depend on stable core muscles.

Your core provides strength and stability for the rest of your body, which is why it is important to develop these muscle groups. The core does not only consists of the abdominals and transverse abdominals, better known as the abdominal muscles, but it also includes the oblique, lower-back and gluteus. A great core workout needs to address each area and from multiple angles to get a toned six-pack and a powerful midsection.

Core exercises are an important part of a well-rounded fitness program. Aside from occasional sit-ups and push-ups, however, core exercises are often neglected. Liora will teach you how to create a training for your core muscles, in order to stabilize them and to achieve better balance.

POSTURAL TRAINING
Postural training is an innovation in fitness, built from a special programme, designed to resolve all the back problems and, the most important of all, to free the clients from all the pain.
Our body is the main target in postural training! The most important thing in the training is the road we’re on, not only where we get. The important thing is to understand and do what we are doing for pleasure.
We will never be too young or too old to have the control of our own body. You just have to start the change! The body will heal itself because the cells are regenerating. We have to train The Body to create the perfect balance.
Unfortunately, only a few of us have the perfect posture and most of us have back, neck and knee pain. Only by implementing a few moves we can improve our posture and make the pain go away and you will see the body when it starts to work in its own natural way.
THE RESOURCES FOR POSTURAL TRAINING
This system is a combination from many known trainings, such as: Pilates, Yoga, Dance, Kinetotherapy, Massage.

DEFINITIONS
Correct posture is when body musculature is in a perfect alignment, so it can afford to move in an efficient way. When our body and joints are in a perfect balance and supported the way they should be, we can easily make everyday moves, without pain of too big efforts.
POSTURAL TRAINING BENEFITS:
The exercises from postural training are good for anyone, at any age and with any problem: the class develops both the balance and flexibility of the right posture, and accident prevention.
Through the alignment of the spine, we get a better posture and work on our flexibility, which helps us moving and keeping a good balance. You will learn new habits in order to keep a good posture and let the body work in an efficient way. All the joints will receive the right support and this type of training will help in a better functioning.
Your clients will feel much better, there will be no tension, tey will be more relaxed and look younger as days passes. Add to all of this a balanced nutrition and their bodies will receive numerous benefits.
