COREX
Core exercises improve your balance and stability.
Core exercises train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and stability, whether on the playing field or in daily activities. In fact, most sports and other physical activities depend on stable core muscles.

Your core provides strength and stability for the rest of your body, which is why it is important to develop these muscle groups. The core does not only consists of the abdominals and transverse abdominals, better known as the abdominal muscles, but it also includes the oblique, lower-back and gluteus. A great core workout needs to address each area and from multiple angles to get a toned six-pack and a powerful midsection.

Core exercises are an important part of a well-rounded fitness program. Aside from occasional sit-ups and push-ups, however, core exercises are often neglected. Liora will teach you how to create a training for your core muscles, in order to stabilize them and to achieve better balance.

POSTURAL TRAINING
Postural training is an innovation in fitness, built from a special programme, designed to resolve all the back problems and, the most important of all, to free the clients from all the pain.
Our body is the main target in postural training! The most important thing in the training is the road we’re on, not only where we get. The important thing is to understand and do what we are doing for pleasure.
We will never be too young or too old to have the control of our own body. You just have to start the change! The body will heal itself because the cells are regenerating. We have to train The Body to create the perfect balance.
Unfortunately, only a few of us have the perfect posture and most of us have back, neck and knee pain. Only by implementing a few moves we can improve our posture and make the pain go away and you will see the body when it starts to work in its own natural way.
THE RESOURCES FOR POSTURAL TRAINING
This system is a combination from many known trainings, such as: Pilates, Yoga, Dance, Kinetotherapy, Massage.

DEFINITIONS
Correct posture is when body musculature is in a perfect alignment, so it can afford to move in an efficient way. When our body and joints are in a perfect balance and supported the way they should be, we can easily make everyday moves, without pain of too big efforts.
POSTURAL TRAINING BENEFITS:
The exercises from postural training are good for anyone, at any age and with any problem: the class develops both the balance and flexibility of the right posture, and accident prevention.
Through the alignment of the spine, we get a better posture and work on our flexibility, which helps us moving and keeping a good balance. You will learn new habits in order to keep a good posture and let the body work in an efficient way. All the joints will receive the right support and this type of training will help in a better functioning.
Your clients will feel much better, there will be no tension, tey will be more relaxed and look younger as days passes. Add to all of this a balanced nutrition and their bodies will receive numerous benefits.

S.F.T. (SURFACE FREE TRAINING)

Surface free training is one of the hottest new functional training concepts to hit the market. You can find it in most fitness clubs and now even in normal people’s homes. Surface free training is very fun, effective but not always easy to do. You need guidance in safety and in exercise execution and therefore it’s highly recommended that you take an introduction course that offers you the fundamental principles of the above. Fitness Scandinavia is happy to introduce S.F.T. (Surface free training). It is a concept created in Greece by the international master trainer: Dimitris Gourgos  

In our S.F.T.  level 1 workshop you will learn the fundamental principles of surface free training. You will also learn how to incorporate this kind of training into your PT sessions and into your classes. S.F.T training utilizes all planes of motion and targets your core stabilizers to improve functional movement and increase performance.

S.F.T will improve your personal training sessions and business using this truly integrated training concept, bridging the gap between movement, strength, fun and safety. Afro aerobics is a concept class designed with inspiration from African dance exercises but not entirely. This workshop is going to liberate the natural rhythm that we all possess. Papa Faye will teach you African dance choreography with powerful percussion rhythms that will take you back to the original source. This Afro aerobics workshop is designed with the ultimate goal for you to be able to teach a 60 min cardio class. Afro aerobics also a class that instructors can be licensed to teach.
The main goal in this class is to incorporate African inspired exercises into a 60 min cardio fitness class that are simple and easy to do for everyone. FUNCTIONAL TRAINING WORKSHOP

Functional movement - Barbell training – Mobility training – calisthenics
This immersive, two days course covers multiple styles and strategies of bodyweight, mobility and barbell training in both lecture and practical application settings. Hands-on practice time and practical programming information will be provided for all techniques. Participants will be taught to use functional movements to guide their flexibility and strength training and to develop strategies for improving specific movements.

This course provides introductory education on the fundamental principles and movements of calisthenics and barbell training. It is structured to meet two goals:
1.    Provide attendees with the knowledge to better use functional training and mobility methods for themselves;
2.    Provide attendees with an initial and foundational education to begin training others using functional and mobility training.
The course includes classroom instruction on these topics, as well as hands- on small-group training for the movements. These group sessions are conducted under low intensity with a focus on improving mechanics.
Participants’ movements are observed and corrected, and they engage in dialogue concerning effective coaching techniques. Large-group workouts are conducted as an example of bridging the gap from theory to practice. These workouts provide examples of how to:
•conduct a class.
•Hold a standard of proper mechanics at high intensity.
•Achieve relative high levels of intensity for each individual.
•Scale for any ability level.
