7th Romanian International Fitness Convention - 22-23 April 2017

COUNT-DOWN to the festival start

Lucian Burche

Romania

Lucian Stefan Burche is 34 years old and is extremely motivated to guide people to practice sports. He has extensive experience in fitness, 14-year sports practice. He is a fitness instructor, fencing trainer, physical education and sports teacher, Bodyart instructor, Pilates instructor and Master Trainer Indoor Cycling. Over the years, he has accumulated extensive baggage of technical and tactical skills in several sports games such as basketball and handball. Switching from fencing to fitness, from training children to working with adults has shown that sport makes a huge difference regardless of age or talent: the confidence that their students gain in their own strength, becoming more aware of their own body, their own eating and generally everything that means a good and healthy lifestyle, the  fact that they often start participating in competitions and develop the desire to practice outdoor sports as well. All this motivates Lucian to push the limits further and to form a new generation of indoor cycling coaches.
