Classes

Hatha Yoga

Sunday, 23 April - 11:30 - 12:30

All systems explain the essence of Yoga practice as a means of awakening.

At the same time, we know that Yoga is a collection of techniques, of body postures (asana), aware breathing techniques  (Pranayama) and  techniques of stabilization and of soothing the mind (dhyana / meditation).

Grossly simplified, we could say that all these techniques, predominantly 'energetic' are just ways to open our experience to reality at this time.

In this opening we see that we can recover a good portion of blocked energy patterns in our body  - stuck energy in physical and mental patterns.
