Simona is a yoga instructor, she has two wonderful children, a wonderful lover as well, 7 puppies and 2 cats. She loves life, people and basically she loves  all beings. Yoga has changed her life, yet she doesn`t know if it made her a more special person than she was before, but she knows that yoga has entered her life gently,  wrapped her up, conquered her , and made her more aware of herself  and of what she knows. It was not clear who conquered who, but she knows she became stronger and more focused on her own person, more aware of who she became and what she can do. In 2016, she followed a yoga course with Mukesh Kothari from Bindusar Yoga School in India, a recognized Yoga Alliance school. Following the certification she obtained, with the completion of this course, she registered as a yoga teacher (RYT 200 hours). In the early days she focused more on dynamic classes, and at one point she remembered the first yoga class she ever attended and realized that she also had to teach classes for beginners. Then she remembered the back pain she once had and she began to teach a special back problem dedicated class. "Watch your back." She  later built "Mind Your Step" , a dynamic class where we work a lot of arms, tonify our abdominals and legs, test our limits and try to overcome them. In January 2017 she opened the Studio Universul, a yoga studio where she wants people to enjoy yoga, to practice with different instructors who teach different classes. She wanted the people who came to this studio to know  more about yoga, and last but not least, to fall in love with it, just like she had fallen in love with yoga more than 4 years ago.

Simona  created this class to help our backs relax, to focus on our spine, to give us the posture that makes us feel good, to feel ourselves and to bring back our body the freedom it deserves.  Because all the problems that we do not want to deal with we put on our backs,  behind we put all the daily worries, there is stress and many of the things that press such as thoughts, emotions, feelings, unfinished or unintentional sentences . Everything that scares us and many of the things we want to escape from are positioned in our back. If we are aware of our position when we do not focus on ourselves, we realize we have pains, smaller or bigger, we realize that our backs lean over, and we bend over and forget about ourselves. We stand with strained shoulders believing that we are straight, but in fact we are only accepting a posture that may not be correct but that slowly becomes a habit. This class will help you relax your back, shoulders and body.
