For an hour, "we will be dancing" to the music of Baiaga, Gypsy Kings, Amaro Del and Goran Bregovici, will rip it with us. After last year's success being the first full-class book, our goal is to book the place in time. The class is made up of four parts: accommodation, heating, key aspects and cool down. The class type is fartlek. It varies the intensity of the pedaling, the rhythm and the position of the regarding the bicycle. Alex wants to get out of the routine of what it means and proposes a new approach to the phenomenon.

If a few years ago, medicine based on the genetic profile, sleep behavior and nutrient cyclization seemed an approach in the distant future, recent studies have brought the future to the present. The glycemic response of a body to a meal depends on the time of nutrient introduction (the order in which food is eaten), the intestinal microbial of the individual and the genetic SNPs (variations in the DNA sequence - polymorphisms). While an individual may be able to specifically raise blood glucose, the same meal may have another specificity of blood glucose levels, ranging from macrobiotic, circadian rhythm changes and SNPs.

Metabolic Training (It's Time)

It is the most effective type of training because in just 25 minutes you guarantee over 600 kcal burnt and total body muscle growth. It's a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with intervals of 25 seconds between sets that use large muscle groups and complex exercises to speed up Metabolism.

Metabolic Training (It's Time) alternates exercises using upper and lower body muscle groups just to move blood from one side to the other, creating the so-called EPOC (Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption) effect. In short, during training, your body goes into oxygen flow, Metabolism is increased and it will burn fat even after cessation of training. Combining this type of workout with a proper diet can make your body turn into just 6 weeks.

This type of training is not for beginners so before you sign up make sure you are in shape and have no major problems with the cardiovascular system.

In fact, poor posture often develops so gradually that you may notice its symptoms (back and neck pain, tightness and stiffness, increased injury and losses in your normal range of motion) long before you notice your shoulders hunching over.
