My name is Adrian Dumitrascu, I am 35 years old and I am a Master Trainer at the Scandinavia Fitness School, a personal coach at Wellness Militari and Re: Create in Bucharest. I started to do sports in 2008 from the desire to get rid of obesity and reach a normal weight. At that time I was working in the corporate environment, more precisely in the banking field. Then I discovered my passion for sports, a passion that made me change my life to 180 degrees. I became an accredited trainer in 2013 and since then I have not ceased to dedicate my entire time to the people I intersect with, to preach to them the change I have made and to help them understand how the human body works and how they can improve theirs. From the moment I left this new road, I found myself an avid informant, and I continued to deepen myself from the Faculty of Physical Therapy and Special Motricity, then followed Kettlebel, Body weight training, Functional Training Performance, TRX and Personal Trainer Level II. I am currently teaching the Level I Fitness Instructor at Scandinavia Fitness School and my personal concern is to identify, analyze and recover postural and functional deficiencies for the people I intersect with and work with. Developing the right image of movement plays a very important role in the subsequent exercise process. Before adding weight in an exercise, ask: "Is my solid shape like a stone? Have we moved the previous hurdles across the entire range? Was I relying on the elk or did I manage to have a good control?” This class determines the elemental and multilateral domination of the locomotory machine in various positions of support and balance, contributing to the development of space-time orientation and certain physical qualities: skill, strength, resilience, mobility.
