From PE teacher, Basketball coach, aerobic and fitness instructor to his current status, Strength&Conditioning Coach for Performance sports and Gym Manager at Orhideea Sport, he always wanted to bring to the people the easiest way to get in shape and wellbeing.

S.I.T. (Shift Interval Training)

It’s a intense class that combines multiple types of effort in such a way that it allows the participants to train at their maximum level without failure. The concept is brought from the performance sports, where the training program has to be designed according to the competitional calendar.  The training program must be developed according to the energy systems used by the athlete. A cleverly designed program will deliver maximum effects to the athlete without succumbing to or overtraining. The same principles are also used in S.I.T., where we combined intensive interval training with extensive interval training intertwined with exercises that  focus on CORE and dynamic movements.
