International Presenter Beko Kaygee is a movement specialist who has been promoting exercise, health and well-being for over 25 years. His programmes cover a wide range of activities including Fitness, Dance, Martial Arts & Holistic Health Methods and emphasize making all exercise Fun, Safe and Accessible to anyone.
Formerly a Master Trainer for the ChiBall Method™, Kangoo Jumps™ and FightKlub™ concepts. Beko is now Director of ‘F3 Fitness’, founder of the ‘F3 Tai Chi & Chi Kung Academy’ and the ‘F3 Yoga School’. As a course Tutor and Assessor for 15+ years, he worked for several of the major UK Fitness Industry Education Training Providers before finally branching off on his own, training  hundreds of certified instructors and then later collaborating with Fitness Scandinavia in 2016 for the creation of their yoga course.
Beko currently works as a London based personal trainer and yoga instructor. He is also director for Budokon® Yogic Arts, Martial Arts & Living Arts Programmes in the UK and is an appointed International Budokon® Yoga & Mixed Movement Ambassador.

An open forum for the dissemination of Asana for improved practice and learning. What poses have you been working on? Which ones are you finding challenging? Let’s work together in breaking down the various aspects and developing our understanding. Not all Asana require just physical ability, some require a level of mental development while others a certain amount of spiritual enrichment. However, as all three are connected - it is still possible to reach the other aspects through the physical practice. So, whether it is something as deceptively simple as a warrior pose or as notorious as a headstand. We will approach them as we do on the FS - Indian Yoga Academy Teacher Training Course.
